Chinese courts are busy with IP suits involving luxury goods this spring. Here's the latest:
- The Beijing High People's Court upheld a ruling in favor of Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Burberry against the Silk Street Market.
- Louis Vuitton is suing the Shanghai branch of the French supermarket chain Carrefour -- a battle of foreign interests.
